Strategic Legal Advisor - Corporate Governance
You will be joining a high-performing legal team as a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice and support the organisation's growth and long-term strategy.
This role will involve leading governance initiatives, overseeing key corporate actions, managing regulatory obligations, and contributing to the execution of major transactions across the group.
About The Role
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's corporate legal framework, advising on complex matters, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
You'll lead internal due-diligence committees, ensure robust governance throughout transaction processes, review marketing materials and product documentation, and provide timely commercial and strategic legal advice to the Board and Executive Leadership Team.

* Support AFSL compliance arrangements, new fund launches and scheme establishment

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
