ICT Managed Services Administration Hero

Are you an organised, client-focused individual with a knack for juggling multiple tasks? We are seeking an Admin Hero to become an integral part of our team in Gympie. This is a varied and dynamic role where you will support both our technical and administrative operations, ensuring our clients and staff receive prompt, professional attention.

We provide end-to-end technology solutions for our clients in several markets, with a strong focus in the K-12 Education vertical as well as Small to Medium Business, Manufacturing, Health and Aged Care.

About the Role


You will be the welcoming voice and face of our company, acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will be supporting the day-to-day functioning of our office, including:

· Technical Staff Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, and ensure our technical staff are efficiently allocated to projects and service requests that are logged.

· Client First Point of Contact: Greet clients warmly, address enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impression for every client interaction.

· Assisting with Quoting: Support the preparation of quotations for clients, liaising with both technical and sales teams to ensure accuracy and prompt turnaround. Prior experience in IT or technical quoting will be highly regarded due to the nature of our services.


What We're Looking For


· Proven organisational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

· Friendly, customer-service oriented approach

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

· Experience scheduling staff or resources in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with quoting processes; experience in IT is advantageous but not essential.

· Comfortable using computer software.

· Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience required
