With the kind of opportunities only a large organisation can provide.About the OpportunityAs a Data Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of essential Data Services to the wider business and the DSA department.The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational management and administration of DSA critical solutions (the Solutions), specifically; Data Governance (Collibra), Data Quality (Experian ADS), Enterprise Reporting (Tableau) and other solutions (within Data Services team remit) as directed.Come along for a new journeyHere’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:Build, deploy, monitor and continuously improve effective data quality reports, targeted for various levels of consumers/stakeholdersRaise data quality issues with the appropriate stewards and product/system ownersSupport the investigation, and champion the resolution, of quality issues providing insights and dataImplement data quality processes against source data to meet the requirements of downstream stakeholdersEnsure good quality data preparation and analysis processes are implemented in accordance with agreed guidelinesWork with Technology, stewards and product areas to implement solutions to proactively prevent the degeneration of data qualityWork with BI&R team to quality assure enterprise reports based on the source data’s qualityDevelop techniques and processes to assist with the analysis of data quality and data integrity across RACV structured data.Provide advice and expertise in the design of systems to prevent data quality issuesProduce and continually improve reporting and insights into the six quality dimensionsWho we’re looking for and what you’ll bringThrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
