Capgemini Invent is the global strategy and transformation consulting team at Capgemini Group. The Enterprise Transformation team helps create smarter businesses by reinventing their operational assets, operating models and operations including optimising processes to ultimately increase productivity, reduce cost and improve outcomes.
We need a Consultant who has knowledge and experience in transformation and improvement initiatives with a focus on corporate. You'll have a history of successful business case development, strategy & projects that have involved improved operations across people, process and technology. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements.
What you'll do:
* Consult with clients on the topic of Enterprise Transformation, specialising in Corporate Experience (Strategy, Operating Model, Business Case, Process Excellence, Digital Core Transformation and Finance Transformation)
* Be responsible for the creation of project deliverables or streams of work within projects
* Support business development for the sales of projects in Corporate Experience
* Contribute to the uplift of capability in the Corporate Experience team
What you'll bring:
* 2+ years' experience in strategy, operating model, process excellence, and/or business case, ideally in a consulting environment
* Strong client facing core consulting skills including written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem solving
* Experience in multiple industry sectors, especially public sector, financial services, energy and utilities, telco or consumer products.
