Position Purpose
Aged Care Assistant is responsible for coordinating daily operations, aged care and disability service delivery, staff support, client liaison, and compliance activities. The role ensures high-quality service delivery, accurate scheduling, effective communication, and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
· Answer telephone calls and manage reception duties, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members.
* Manage daily diaries and calendars, ensuring schedules are accurate and operational issues are resolved promptly.
* Monitor the Redback system to ensure all notifications, jobs in jeopardy, and outstanding actions are followed up and actioned.
* Reschedule cleans and staffing as required to maintain service continuity.
* Maintain accurate client records, service hours, and notes in Redback and internal databases.
Send daily reports to aged care providers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in client services, operations, or facilities management (essential).
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning industry standards and WHS compliance (desirable but not essential).
- Background in business, operations, sales, or aged care sector is preferred.
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential).
