Human Resources Strategic Leader Position
We are seeking a Human Resources leader to oversee all HR functions and initiatives across the organisation. This role is central to enhancing workforce capability, organisational culture, and strategic goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on people-centred leadership, promoting excellence in HR systems, processes, and service delivery to ensure that employees are supported, engaged, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the organisation's mission and values.
This includes planning, organising, and providing high-level specialist advice on a broad range of matters such as recruitment, remuneration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, policy development and interpretation, change management, continuous improvement, and staff wellbeing.
