About the role
Deliver a warm, friendly and attentive reception service to guests, acting as the first point of contact and supporting various front‐of‐house duties.
Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests with warm, friendly and attentive service
* Respond to reception emails and phone calls and complete administrative tasks promptly
* Assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong computer proficiency
* Current RSA certificate
Inherent requirements
This role involves manual handling and lifting duties, such as moving stock, kegs and deliveries. Candidates must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
