 
        
        As a key member of our National Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients across the country.
The Field Service Engineer is a critical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or biomedical engineering, with a passion for working with complex instrumentation and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Perform on-site preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
 * Provide remedial maintenance services to resolve technical issues
 * Conduct thorough pre-install site checks and commissioning of instruments
 * Assist with equipment laboratory moves and decommissioning
 * Pack and prepare instruments for shipping
 * Maintain accurate service records on CRM
Requirements:
 * Technical degree or trade qualification in Engineering/BioMedical Engineering
 * Proven knowledge of instrumentation and fault diagnosis
 * Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
 * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
 * Current and unrestricted driver's license
 * Flexibility to undertake regional travel and occasional interstate/overseas trips
