Opportunity Overview

We have multiple opportunities for Process Technicians to join our Albury team Our manufacturing operations team is responsible for operating equipment and providing ongoing maintenance support to ensure machinery runs efficiently. You may work on production lines or in our plastics division, which supplies recycled pre-forms for bottling a variety of beverages. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and operational excellence, with responsibilities including machinery operation, preventative maintenance, breakdown assistance, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Our teams work on a 24/7 rotating roster of day and night 12-hour shifts, offering a solid work-life balance with 7 consecutive days off.


Candidate Profile

We are seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, gained through trades qualifications or personal interest. If you are eager to learn, capable of problem-solving independently, and prioritize safety, we encourage you to apply. The role combines machine operation with skilled maintenance tasks.


Requirements

* Trade or degree qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or food processing disciplines
* Machine operation experience in FMCG industry
* Operational and maintenance experience in a diverse role
* Troubleshooting skills and initiative in investigating issues
* Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols


Key Responsibilities

* Drive preventative maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement to optimize line performance
* Operate machinery to produce beverages and packaging materials
* Perform daily cleaning to comply with GMP and HACCP standards
* Conduct corrective maintenance to ensure machine integrity
* Manage assets on the production line
* Troubleshoot to minimize machine downtime
* Perform quality tests and calibrate machinery to meet standards
