The Nelson Tasman Community Transport Trust (NTCTT) is a community‐led organisation dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and accessible transport services across the Nelson Tasman region. The Trust works closely with local councils, volunteers, and community groups to improve mobility, reduce isolation, and support sustainable transport solutions.
We are seeking a Volunteer in Bookkeeping & Admin Support. This role is ideal for students pursuing bookkeeping, accounting, or finance diplomas, as well as beginners or early‐career professionals looking to gain hands‐on experience in financial administration and office management.
Key Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping
* Support bank reconciliations and financial reporting
* Organise digital and paper‐based files
* Assist with general administrative tasks and record management
* Use office tools such as Excel, Google Docs, and spreadsheets
