Your Strategic Role: Driving Growth and Brand
As the Digital & Marketing Manager, you will be a visionary leader responsible for all digital and media channels. Your role is a blend of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms. Lead the management of all media assets, from photos and video to product descriptions. Coordinate PR and media relations, including writing and distributing media releases and managing relationships with key media partners.
Team & Industry Leadership: Supervise and mentor the digital and media team, ensuring a high standard of work is met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, and work closely with the Sales Team to develop business and cross-selling opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting: Implement monitoring and reporting systems to track performance and provide management with data-driven insights. Manage budgets and report on results to ensure a strong return on investment.
Digital Strategy & Revenue: Maintain and manage all company websites, with a core focus on maximising online revenue. Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and social media.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven manager with a proven track record of success in digital and marketing leadership.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a digital and media management role.
Strong knowledge of and practical experience with SEO, SEM, and various digital marketing platforms.
Demonstrated experience in managing websites, content, and digital asset libraries.
Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and analyse performance data to generate strategic reports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to develop brand guidelines.
