We\'re looking for skilled, driven individuals to join the Super Hornet and Growler ACEA program, to help keep these aircraft mission ready.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you\'ll be hands-on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on aircraft systems.
You will:Collaborate with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completionEnsure compliance within the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulationsFoster effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teamsEnsure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practicesEmbrace a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well-being of all personnelWhat you will bring to BDAAs an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will have:Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)Be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirementsHold a current driver\'s licenceDesirablePrevious experience working with Military aircraftHold a CASA or DASA Maintenance LicenceThis role may require travel and periods working away from home.
