The Lancaster Group is looking for a gardener and groundskeeper.

The Lancaster Group is a family owned and operated business, incorporating car dealerships, car rental operations, and property management of our assets.
This role will report directly to the owner, based in Singleton (NSW), and will also include travel to various properties to complete requested tasks.
The position is part‑time, with a consistent schedule of approximately three days per week, and may include an extra day during the summer.
A vehicle will be supplied during working hours and a current driver's licence is mandatory.
Responsibilities
* Mowing
* Cleaning the exterior of the building, including windows and paved area
