The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a hands‐on role in bringing digital campaigns to life—supporting the build, testing and publishing of emails, landing pages and activity across paid and organic channels. Working closely with campaigns, email and website teams, the role engages audiences and strengthens relationships with both new and existing customers.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
* Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a demonstrated interest in digital marketing.
* Exposure to, or willingness to learn key digital platforms including Email Service Providers (ESPs), Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
* Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) or a strong desire to build data and reporting capability.
* Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles for web and email, with a willingness to develop expertise.
* Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content accurately.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, combined with a curious, analytical mindset and an interest in digital performance and trends, particularly within organisations like Sydney Opera House.
