Key Responsibilities
* Daily Workflow Management: Manage the daily workflow of the Member Support Consultant team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
* Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
* Team Development: Create a structure to ensure that the Member Support Consultant team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria
* Sales Training: Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the Member Support Consultant team
* Member Retention and Growth: Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
* Business Development: Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
