This is a hands‐on role. You'll lead from the bar, keep service moving, and make sure the team delivers consistently through peak trade, functions, and events. You'll work closely with an experienced Venue Manager who backs their team and develops strong operators. Take real ownership of bar operations in a fast‐paced, entertainment-focused venue. Lead a team where standards and execution matter every shift.
About the role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of bar operations, beverage execution and team performance, supporting day‐to‐day service across a fast‐paced, multi‐department venue.
What you'll do
* Run bar operations during service, events and peak trade.
* Lead, coach and support your team on shift.
* Own beverage quality, stock control and beer systems.
* Maintain service speed, standards and guest experience during busy periods.
* Support promotions, events and beverage activations.
* Manage stock, labour and compliance requirements.
What we're looking for
* Bar leadership experience in a busy pub or fast‐paced venue.
* Strong understanding of stock control and service operations.
* Hands‐on operator who's present and engaged during service.
* Ability to coach, support and bring a team together on shift.
* Calm, steady and consistent under pressure.
* Current RSA and RSG (or willingness to obtain).
