We have multiple vacancies across regional Victoria, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Reception/Administration candidate to join this busy teamAbout the roleAs an Admin / Receptionist, you will be providing counter/reception support for the local office including enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
In addition, your key duties are as follow:
Manage and resolve matters by actioning planning tasks
Resolve customer enquiries, provide information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence.
Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
Receive and record complaints and other feedback
About youTo be successful in this role, you must have:
Previous experience in an Administration, Reception, or similar role
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in using MS Office Suite
Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
High attention to detail

$37.36 per hour + super
