We're looking to strengthen our team with a skilled Production Plant Operator within our Infrastructure Services Business to support the delivery of major road infrastructure projects across North Queensland.

Key Responsibilities Uphold industry related standards, specifications and quality requirements.
Work effectively within tight deadlines.
Operate an Asphalt Production and Bitumen Blending Plant.
Conduct routine plant inspection checklists.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Participate actively in preventative maintenance, toolbox talks and safety meetings.
About You You'll bring a strong commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvements, along with: Proven experience working in fixed plants and maintenance.
A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Relevant tickets such as First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Forklift and Front-end Loader (desirable but not essential).
An energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
Strong awareness of safety and environmental practices.
