This position supports the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) within Information Services, a team responsible for delivering critical IT infrastructure and digital support across the department.
Job Description
This is a dynamic and fast paced role, similar in nature to an Executive Support Officer position.
You'll provide high level administrative support to the CIO and the broader OCIO team, assisting with governance activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of executive and business services.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the CIO's diary, appointments, and meeting preparation
- Coordinating forums, executive meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Handling shared mailbox management, record keeping, and general office support
- Supporting timesheet reporting, form processing, and ID card coordination
- Preparing agendas, reports, and presentations for governance groups
- Building robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring correspondence and submissions, and escalating emerging issues
- Continuously improving administrative systems and procedures
