Role Overview:
We're seeking Schedule 26 Construction Supervisors for immediate start on multiple FIFO civil, construction and mining sites (2:1, 2:2 or 8:6 rosters).
Assignments include bulk earthworks, road formation, structural fit‑outs and site infrastructure, with strong potential to extend into long‑term contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise site crews (operators, trades, labourers) under Schedule 26 requirements.
* Plan, allocate and monitor daily tasks: earthworks, roadworks, concrete pours and general civils.
* Interpret project drawings, specifications, survey data and enforce quality standards.
* Conduct pre‑start briefings, toolbox talks and regular safety inspections—driving zero‑harm culture.
* Liaise with surveyors, subcontractors and stakeholders to sequence activities and resolve issues.
* Prepare and submit daily progress reports, timesheets and resource forecasts.
* Monitor plant performance, arrange maintenance and uphold site‑specific controls.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Current Schedule 26 Construction Supervisor Certificate (or WA‑equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years' FIFO supervisory experience on civil, heavy‑civil or mining projects.
* Proven background in bulk earthworks, road construction and site infrastructure.
* Experience on 2:1, 2:2 or 8:6 FIFO rosters.
* Strong ability to read plans, manage JSAs/permit processes and enforce safety standards.
* Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and relevant site tickets (e.g. Confined Space, Working at Heights).
