Job Overview
The position involves providing clinical social work services to consumers of community mental health services, functioning as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas and consultation with other staff, consumers, families/carers and other services.
