Reception & Administration Opportunity – Mount Martha's Leading Real Estate Agency
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Reception & Administration role.
Requirements:
* Current qualifications to act as an Agent's Representative
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
* Salary package dependent on experience
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Front office reception
* Administration support
* Assisting the Marketing & Campaign Manager
* Internet and portal uploads
* Database input & distributing enquiries
* Preparing letters and correspondence
Key skills and attributes:
* Courtesy and professionalism
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Cheerful and positive demeanour
* Excellent English literacy (spelling and written content)
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite & Canva
* Experience with Rex and PropertyMe (an advantage)
