Clinical Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and support to our care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents.
Job Description
* Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical oversight of our facility, ensuring that all clinical reporting and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Staff Management: Focus on supporting and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
* Care Planning: Manage the development and review of care plans, ensuring that they meet the needs of our residents.
* Medication Management: Ensure that medication management systems are in place and that staff are trained to use them effectively.
* Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and support to all care staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
* Accreditation: Work with the management team to ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Requirements
* Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Gerontology Nursing Certificate and/or Dementia Care Certificate would be highly regarded.
* Experience: Previous management experience in a clinical aged care environment.
* Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
