Overview
Developer – HRSD, ITSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross)
Responsibilities
* Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.
* Work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, UI Page.
* Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
* Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
* Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
* Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, etc.
* Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.
Qualifications
Essential
* Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
* At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements and implementation
* Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
* Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting
* Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
* Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
* Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
* Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
* Excellent analytical and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
* Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
* Strong project management skills
Preferred
* At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements and implementation
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
