Our client is a leading Residential builder with a strong NSW presence and has an established pipeline of high-end projects.
Projects range from smaller works up to $500k with larger projects extending up to $15m+.
They promote a family like culture, you'll feel like you're apart of a solid team.They are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Estimator to join their successful Sydney team working with the Director.
Ideally looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible as well.The ideal candidate will come from either a head contractor or residential background, though residential experience is highly preferred.
You'll have the opportunity to work on nice, high-end projects and enjoy clear pathways for career progression.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Communicate and liaise regularly with sub-contractors and suppliersAssist with procurementEnsure that all deadlines are metLiaise regularly with site supervisors to ensure smooth site operations and resolve on-site challengesProvide assistance through the whole project process from estimation to handoverCollaborate with consultants and engineers regularlyQualifications and Requirements:Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar4 to 8+ years' experience in a coordination/estimating role or with a head contractor (ideally with some residential experience)Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completionExposure to program management, managing timelines and critical pathsExperience managing multiple projectsStrong estimating and cost planning abilityThis is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click "Apply" to submit your resume or contact Jacob Montague-Day via email on or .
