Full-Time Sales Role for Experienced, Customer-Focused Professionals
Beaumont Tiles Bathurst is a proud, family-operated business with the backing of Australia's No.1 Premium Tile Supplier. We are looking for an experienced, mature Retail Sales Professional who enjoys helping customers and takes real ownership of their work. If you're a people-person who treats a workplace like "your own shop" — taking pride in presentation, service and teamwork — this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
* Greet customers and support them through their new build and renovation selections
* Solve problems, offer practical advice and guide their product choices
* Follow up with customers and build genuine relationships
* Take responsibility for your customers, tasks and outcomes
* Merchandising, Ticketing, Samples and Sales and keep the showroom looking its best — as if it were your own business
* Work closely with a supportive, friendly team
Driving Sales with Confidence
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs.
* Suggest products that add value to their projects.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through great service.
What You Bring
* Experience in retail, trade, customer service or similar
* A positive, mature attitude and strong people skills
* Reliability, punctuality and consistency - You show up on time, ready to be proactive and give 100% every day
* The natural desire to "own" your role and take pride in results
* Ability to learn product ranges and comfortable using computers/POS and learning new systems
* A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed

Store Opening Hours:
* Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
* Sat: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Role is 38 hours per week
