Homecare- Customer Service Coordinator- HobartJoin to apply for the Homecare- Customer Service Coordinator- Hobart role at Regis Aged CareRole OverviewAs the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for staff rostering and administrative functions of regional Home Care Services. You will support the General Manager with leadership and management of the home and services, focusing on staff allocation, rostering, and compliance monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate client appointment calendars and service allocationMaintain staff availability and manage rostersGenerate and modify staff rosters to ensure care needs are met and service levels are maintainedUpdate rosters reflecting staff leave and client requirementsProvide high-quality customer service and respond to client, family, and customer inquiriesCoordinate meetings, draft agendas, and manage home events and activitiesPerform ad hoc reception tasksQualifications and SkillsExcellent communication and active listening skillsCustomer service experience in fast-paced environmentsExperience in roster managementProficiency with Microsoft OfficeEffective communication across all organizational levelsExperience in aged care (advantageous)Strong time management and multi-tasking abilitiesWell-organized with attention to detailAdditional RequirementsProvision of satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police checks (role dependent), current flu vaccination, and certification proof.Why Work With UsJoin a team dedicated to supporting older people to live life on their terms.
