They are seeking a strategic, results-driven Executive General Manager to lead and grow their operations while ensuring the continued success of their diverse offerings.
Role Overview :
As the General Manager of Operations, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of their multifaceted property. You will play a key leadership role, setting strategic direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the highest standards in service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide visionary leadership and direction across all operations.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure business growth.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
* Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring all financial objectives are met.
* Drive innovative initiatives to enhance sustainability and community engagement within the property.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
* Prepare detailed Asset Plans on an annual basis and on acquisition of each property.
Qualifications & Skills :
* Proven experience in multi-site operational management in hospitality, aged care, facilities management, accommodation, or the land lease sector.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication and customer skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications are desirable.
