KPS are seeking a commercially astute senior professional to launch and lead the company's expansion into the next phase of growth for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your extensive project management and business development experience to achieve the company's sales and profit targets through the development, implementation and delivery of strategic sales, operations and project management plans.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Drive the growth and vision of the business through the development and execution of effective sales and operations strategies.
* Take full P&L accountability for the division, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.
* Lead a small team of Project Managers.
* Establish and lead the annual budgeting process for the company.
* Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
* Facilitate thorough commercial, contract, and risk handovers to project delivery teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
* Provide strategic and visionary leadership to the project delivery team to foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven culture.
* Implement process improvements and solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning activities.
* Analyse market trends to determine pricing strategies, balancing costs, competition, and demand to drive profitability.
* Utilise sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing insights to overall business strategy.
Background and key skills required:
* Extensive experience within the property maintenance / construction / project management sector.
