Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior property management professional to lead our team and drive business growth.
As the Head of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and implement effective systems and procedures to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
* Lead and manage a high-performing team, including monitoring KPIs and expectations, and addressing escalated issues
* Develop and implement a training schedule to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
* Contribute to ongoing strategy and business planning initiatives
* Facilitate regular team meetings and stay up-to-date with industry and legislative changes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior property manager or department head
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Able to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day operational responsibilities
* Demonstrated track record of implementing change and improvement initiatives
* Sound knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
* Real Estate Certificate (minimum) or License preferred
