Supply Chain Specialist
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading all CCP and S&Q variation activities, administering responses and reports to Commonwealth and Commercial customers, and ensuring all project management obligations are met.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare pricing models such as Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Not-to-Exceed (NTE), and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM).
* Supervise procurement staff and manage supplier relationships, ensuring material availability and timely purchase order placement.
* Conduct cost analysis, proposal negotiations, and subcontract administration.
* Administer supplier performance metrics and drive resolution of supply chain issues.
* Prepare and negotiate various agreements including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Long Term Agreements (LTAs).
* Ensure compliance with export/import requirements and trade compliance regulations.
* Generate weekly and monthly supply chain reports and assist in procurement correspondence.
Requirements:
* Extensive supply chain experience, preferably within the Defense industry.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent work experience).
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
* Ability to read technical drawings and manage a team effectively.
* Maintain an Australian Security Clearance.
