Opportunity
Our Digital Economy Transactions team in Brisbane is looking for a Lawyer with 5+ years experience to join one of Australia's leading technology practices. Nationally, our team advises on the full suite of technology matters including software and systems, internet legal issues, technology licensing, data, cyber, privacy, cloud computing, digital transformation and innovation, fintech, commercial contracts, procurements, complex projects and outsourcing, telecommunications, regulatory, and technology mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Laws, coupled with 5+ years or more post‐qualification experience in a technology, cyber security and privacy practice
* Experience with the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) Framework, Security of Critical Infrastructure Act and APRA CPS 230 regulatory advice is highly advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, a commercial approach and an ability to negotiate contracts
