**Role**
As an NTP Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning and executing sourcing projects in line with approved strategies, ensuring quality, compliance, and the achievement of project benefit targets. Your key responsibilities will include leading contract discussions for a demerger project, managing spend and contract data integrity, delivering sourcing projects, and supporting the NTP Transformation program.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Lead contracting discussions with stakeholders and suppliers for demerger project contracts.
- Develop robust data gathering protocols to ensure spend transparency and support sourcing efforts.
- Reconcile spend reports with contracts register to identify and update missing contracts.
- Provide visibility to stakeholders on expiring contracts for their management.
- Plan and execute sourcing projects in accordance with approved strategies and processes.
- Lead cross-organizational project teams to deliver tactical and operational sourcing projects.
- The implementation of new Contract Management and Sourcing systems, as well as the rollout of revised procurement policy, procedures, templates to support business awareness and adoption.
**Successful Applicants will hold**:
- Relevant professional qualification (Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing Management, MCIPs).
- Minimum of 4 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate multinational and 2 years in a strategic sourcing team.
- Experience with any major ERP system; experience with Zycus is an advantage but not essential.
- Broad range of Category Management experience, Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Demerger experience is desirable.
