Job Description:
The role of a Speech Pathologist is to provide therapy and support to individuals with communication, literacy, swallowing, language and social skills difficulties. This involves delivering real outcomes in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' needs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
* Deliver services via telehealth, community visits, and at hubs
* Conduct assessments and create reports to track client progress
* Engage with clients and their families to promote effective communication and understanding
Requirements:
* Speech Pathology degree + SPA registration (or eligibility)
* WWCC/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
* Driver's licence + reliable car
* Indemnity & public liability insurance
