Job Title: Project Coordinator
As a key member of our team, the Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure seamless team alignment.
* Document Management: Prepare, distribute, and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and safety records.
* Resource and Procurement Support: Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage materials, equipment, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely procurement and inventory accuracy.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor project data, including timelines, milestones, and costs, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
* Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between internal teams (manufacturing, logistics, engineering) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors) to facilitate smooth project operations.
* Quality Control Assistance: Document inspections, maintain quality records, and follow up on corrective actions to ensure project standards are met.
* Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities.
* Proposal and Tender Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents to support the bid process.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and quality control processes.
* A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
