After an internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a highly motivated Materials Planner to join our Planning & Logistics team at Sara Lee.

As our new Materials Planner, you'll be the critical ingredient in the recipe for supply chain success—ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time, every time. What You'll Be Doing
* Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
* Work closely with suppliers to secure on-time deliveries and resolve issues.
* Forecast demand, plan orders, and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Monitor production performance and adjust supply plans as needed.
* Develop safety stock policies and manage inventory, including EOL and slow-moving stock.
* Maintain accurate master data in our ERP system.
* Track supplier performance and support risk mitigation with Procurement.
* Drive continuous improvement across supply chain efficiency and cost management.
* Support the annual budgeting process.
What You'll Bring
* Advanced Excel skills (essential).
* Experience with Power BI and/or D365 (advantageous).
* Prior experience in FMCG or the food industry.
* Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
* Great communication skills and collaborative approach.
* An inquisitive, energetic nature and a drive to make things better.
