As a **Customer Service Specialist**with BankSA, you will ultimately help our customers make the most of their money and achieve their financial goals You will do this through:

- **Customer Engagement**:Deliver exceptional service by understanding individual customer needs and offering personalised financial solutions
- **Sales Focus**:Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
- **Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both in-branch and over the phone to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals

**What will I need to succeed?**
- **Customer-Facing Sales Experience**:Demonstrated experience in a sales role where engaging with customers is key to your success
- **Customer-Centric**:Demonstrate a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service
- **Proven Performance**:you meet and exceed performance targets with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service
- **Numerical and Technical Skills**:you are comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems
- **Self-Motivation**:you have a strong drive to achieve targets and anticipate opportunities

**Hours**

This is a full-time, branch-based role across **Monday to Friday**.
