Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead and manage our sales team in achieving revenue, customer growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies, action plans, and forecasts to drive business growth.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; propose strategic responses.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts: installers, EPCs, project developers, dealerships, government agencies.
* Work with customers to understand their technical and commercial needs, propose tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales / business development in renewable energy, electrical wholesale, or engineering sectors.
This role requires excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Frequent travel within region / interstate may be required to meet clients, attend events, and site visits.
