Our head office is located in Mount Pritchard, supporting operations across NSW, QLD, VIC, and the ACT.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, self-driven leader to join our Gaming department as a Gaming Supervisor and Relief Customer Service Manager at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service.Key Duties as Gaming SupervisorLead the team to deliver exceptional customer serviceOversee daily operations of the Gaming FloorParticipate in performance managementMaintain and report relationshipsEnsure compliance with club policies, procedures, operations, and relevant regulationsKey Duties as Customer Service ManagerEnsure compliance with all relevant Acts and regulations including the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA, RCG, HACCP, and Gaming RegulationsCoach, develop, and manage staff performanceLiaise with stakeholders for smooth operationsPromote continuous service improvementManage opening and closing proceduresHandle customer complaints and issuesEnsure roster coverage using TandaUpdate reports in Risk Manager to meet complianceAbout YouTo succeed, you should have:At least 3 years' experience in a similar roleCurrent NSW RSA & RCG certificatesCertificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable)Strong knowledge of relevant Acts and regulationsProven customer service excellenceLeadership and coaching skillsImmaculate grooming and presentationEmpathy and attentivenessFlexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidaysBenefitsAbove Award pay and allowancesCareer growth opportunitiesOnsite parkingUniforms providedDiscounted gym memberships and mealsWhy Mounties?With over 250,000 members, Mounties is one of Australia's top privately owned companies, recognized for strong values and staff commitment.
