The Role
* Report directly to the Construction Manager.
* Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs for insurance projects.
* Use our cutting‑edge technology to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and effectively resolving issues.

What You'll Bring
* Trade Qualified: Preferably in carpentry.
* Experienced: Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance‑related preferred).
* Knowledgeable: Familiar with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
* Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using repair management systems, mobile devices, and the Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
* Detail‑Oriented: Skilled in creating, reading, and interpreting scopes of work.
* Organised: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
* Proactive: Thrives in a KPI‑driven team environment with a strong commitment to safety.
* Bonus Skills: Experience with the insurance industry, particularly in water claim management, is advantageous but not essential.
