Paid Social, Content & Email Nurture Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: South Yarra (On-site only — Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

To improve the precision, consistency, and speed of our marketing, we are internalising key capabilities currently handled by an external agency. This specialist role will allow us to produce higher-quality creative, iterate more rapidly, and optimise our entire lead-to-appointment funnel — all within two focused days per week.
Role Overview:
* Paid Social Advertising (Meta-focused)
* Content Creation (video + short-form assets)
* Automated Email Nurture Optimisation (HubSpot)
You will take ownership of the messaging and performance across the entire top half of our marketing funnel — from the first ad impression to the nurturing sequences that convert leads into qualified appointments.
This is a hands-on execution role with strategic influence and direct collaboration with the CEO. Your output in 15 focused hours will dramatically exceed the attention and impact of a typical agency setup.

Required Skills & Experience
* 2–5+ years experience in paid social advertising or performance marketing.
* Strong track record improving CPL/CPA in direct-response environments.
* Ability to script, film, and edit short-form video content.
* Strong copywriting skills for ads and emails.
* Experience with email nurturing, automation, or HubSpot workflows .
* Comfortable turning data into creative and messaging decisions.
* Able to produce high-quality output within focused on-site workdays.
* Must be available in South Yarra every Tuesday and Wednesday (non-negotiable).
