What you\'ll be doing
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Assisting customers and recommending fencing solutions
* Managing quote requests from our website
* Preparing and following up customer quotes
* General office administration and customer service duties
What we\'re looking for
* Friendly and professional phone manner
* Reliable and organised
* Basic computer skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Someone who takes pride in delivering great customer service
No fencing industry experience is required — training will be provided.
