Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Management Coordinator to join the Information Management Team.
As the Information Management Coordinator, you will:
* Support the integration and maturity of SharePoint and Content Manager (OpenText) systems.
* Provide expert advice on the effective use of our electronic document and records management system (EDRMS).
* Guide teams on recordkeeping standards, policies, and best practices.
* Develop initiatives to improve the accessibility and usability of corporate information.
* Identify training needs and assist in delivering awareness sessions across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or proven experience in information management.
* Strong judgement and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
* Experience delivering training aligned with recordkeeping legislation and standards.
* Administrator-level knowledge of OpenText Content Manager and technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
* Understanding of system integration between EDRMS and other corporate platforms.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.
* A valid C or CA Class driver's licence.
