About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team based at our Liverpool site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong foundational experience, looking to deepen their expertise in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations while gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives.
* Provide proactive support and hands-on advice and guidance to people managers and employees within the allocated stakeholders group.
* Serve as a central point of contact for HR/ER advice; respond to queries regarding all human resources matters including compensation, professional development, employment, grievances, disciplinary, termination matters as well as HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in HR/management level meetings and strategy sessions that guide the development of people, programs and technology.
* Support the HR programs including KPI Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning.
* Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ to support the organisation with the best tools and techniques to source talented candidates and recruit them into the organisation.
* Ensure policies and procedures fit the organisation culture, best practices and local legislation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert advice on HR-related matters to management and employees.
* Developing and implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, administration, and HR compliance.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive high performance and foster a positive working environment.
* Leading difficult conversations and applying diplomacy when dealing with sensitive matters.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
