Service Delivery Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled and organised professional to manage our Rental Solutions team in Kalgoorlie.
* This is a stable, full-time position with a respected industry leader in equipment rental services
* You will work with industry-leading Caterpillar equipment and technology, handling workflow management, purchasing, and procurement for the rental fleet
* The role involves providing hands-on support to service technicians and maintaining stock levels, processing purchase orders, and receiving goods
* You will operate forklifts, assist with yard operations, and load and unload equipment from trucks

Main Responsibilities:
* Support the smooth operation of the branch to ensure equipment readiness for dispatch
* Manage work orders, purchasing, and procurement for the rental fleet efficiently
* Provide hands-on support to service technicians, contributing to their skill development and overall team success
* Maintain accurate stock levels and process purchase orders promptly
* Operate forklifts safely and assist with yard operations effectively
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* Full driver's licence (forklift licence and First Aid certification preferred)
* Experience in a similar role, specifically in stock handling, procurement, work orders, and yard responsibilities
* Strong computer literacy and knowledge of stock systems
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
