The Role
Due to growth, our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer with around 1 to 3 years pae.
This team advises on the full spectrum of corporate law issues. A flavour of the work will include:
* private M&A transactions
* complex joint ventures
* drafting share-holder agreements
* corporate structuring, capital reductions
* advising on director's duties and compliance with the Corporations Act
* due diligences
* drafting high value commercial contracts
* general corporate advisory
About You
To be successful in this position, you need:
* Around 1 to 3 years pae in the area of corporate/commercial law
* To have a client service mentality and a desire to get to know the client's business
* To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
* To enjoy collaborating and working in a team environment
* A commercial pragmatic approach as well as strong technical skills
