Job Description:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a small, dedicated team of five customer service professionals.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth task allocation, customer service excellence, and overall team efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of five
* Task Allocation: Use the CRM system to assign jobs to team members, ensuring the workflow is managed efficiently.
* Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team handles customer inquiries professionally, following up on invoicing and job details, and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
* Inbox Management: Oversee the team's inbox, ensuring timely responses and task completion.
* Invoicing: Help with the verification and follow-up of invoicing details, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with:
* A proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, no matter how big or small. We're looking for someone who can make a collaborative, positive, and efficient work environment.
* Customer Service Expertise: Strong experience in customer service, particularly within the industrial or building industries.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building or industrial sectors is highly beneficial but not required.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to oversee tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth operations across the team.
* Resilient and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a flexible approach to challenges.
* Tech-Savvy
What's on Offer:
- North Brisbane location with parking on site
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with one RDO per month.
- Flexible start finish times (between business hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm).
