Your new role
Specialising in tenant liaison, contractor liaison, and building maintenance, the Property & Tenant Coordinator will be based in the office to perform the following duties:
* Professional communication to tenants and stakeholders (both internal and external)
* Keep the senior property team informed of all tenant queries
* Ensure all property admin reports are filed accordingly
* Ensure all invoices are accurately coded and processed in a timely manner
* Assist the senior property team with contracted and non‐contracted maintenance
* Track and maintain registrations, compliance reviews, and documentation
* Type minutes of meetings accurately and distribute them efficiently
What You'll Need To Succeed
The successful candidate will have demonstrated exposure across facilities coordination or lease administration, and the following:
* A proactive, self‐starting mindset with the ability to work autonomously and identify priorities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional service delivery skills when dealing with stakeholders.
* Self‐initiative in day‐to‐day operational requirements.
* Effectiveness in working within a team‐based environment and contributing to wider department goals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
