Clinical Educator Role
Empower digital capability and strengthen clinical practice in the Flinders and Upper North region. We are seeking a Clinical Educator to shape high-quality Electronic Medical Record (EMR) education that enhances patient care.
About this role:
* Coordinate and deliver EMR training activities for healthcare professionals across the region.
* Provide face-to-face and virtual training, champion change, and act as a key communication link for EMR decisions and updates.
* Contribute to the development and review of courseware and training resources, ensuring alignment with quality standards where possible.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Midwife registered by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with at least 3 years post-registration experience, significant credibility in a nominated area, and leadership skills in a mid-to-senior level clinical or non-clinical role.
Proven experience in implementing complex health projects, especially in information systems, is highly desirable.
