Petstock is looking for a Lease Administrator to join our Property team and support the management of our national retail property portfolio. This role reports into the National Property Manager and plays an important part in keeping our lease information accurate, compliant and up to date. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working across lease administration, liaising with lawyers and supporting a busy property team.
What You Will Be Doing
* Managing and maintaining the leasing database (LeaseEagle), including setting up new leases and processing invoices
* Instructing and working closely with external lawyers on lease reviews, negotiations and documents through to execution
* Ensuring lease and financial data is accurate and kept up to date across systems
* Supporting the business with advice on lease obligations from both a tenant and landlord perspective
* Assisting with property reports and analysis to support new and existing property opportunities
* Providing general lease administration and support across the wider Property team
Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
* 3–5 years' experience in a Lease Administrator role, ideally within a retail or property environment
* A solid understanding of commercial leases and associated legal documentation
* Working knowledge of retail leasing legislation across Australia (New Zealand experience is a bonus)
* Experience using lease management systems such as LeaseEagle
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
